It has been awile since we have posted an update on Colton. Colton is almost 1.5years old, and doing great. Recently, we added another Shiloh from a Breeder in Rhode Island - Sheila Masse - Rising Star Shilohs. The mom is Joy, and the dad is Kurgan. Luke (formerly Orange Boy) came home on Thursday, September 30, 2010. All are adjusting really well, and Colton really likes to play with Luke.

Colton 8 month update

I turned 8 months late last week (December 8th). I weigh 86lbs, and love playing with my sisters (Annie and Hailey), and brother (Jester - the cat).

We got our first snow and it was so much fun to run and chase snowballs. Mom and I play fetch with Snowballs, but they taste so good, they don't make it back to mom.

We go for a walk in the woods almost every day, and we have to wear our orange vests since it is hunting season, and they tell me I look like a wolf. We do have fun picking up branches, and running, jumping and playing in the snow.

Colton's July 2009 update

I am having fun in Rhode Island. I spend a lot of time growing, and am now 41 lbs as of July 31 (16 weeks). Me and my sisters spend a lot of time running around both inside and outside. I am getting more adventurous, and we explore more and more in Rhode Island.

I went to my first dog park, but there was only one other dog there. I did meet a friends dog who was very small, and fun to play with. I like playing, but I also sleep a lot (I am growing so fast).

I am starting to get some big boy teeth, and they hurt a little when they start growing. Mom has a frozen washcloth that I chew on and that helps my teeth.

I am looking to grow more, and also get out and meet more dogs & humans in the next month.
