Colton's July 2009 update

I am having fun in Rhode Island. I spend a lot of time growing, and am now 41 lbs as of July 31 (16 weeks). Me and my sisters spend a lot of time running around both inside and outside. I am getting more adventurous, and we explore more and more in Rhode Island.

I went to my first dog park, but there was only one other dog there. I did meet a friends dog who was very small, and fun to play with. I like playing, but I also sleep a lot (I am growing so fast).

I am starting to get some big boy teeth, and they hurt a little when they start growing. Mom has a frozen washcloth that I chew on and that helps my teeth.

I am looking to grow more, and also get out and meet more dogs & humans in the next month.

Today, we went to the Shiloh Shepherds of New England event. There were a lot of really big dogs there. I am told I will be that big before you know it. Best part of the day was getting to see my littermate Daisy. We had a great time playing! I slept all the way home.

I am now 14 weeks old and weigh 33 lbs. Mom and Dad need to get a bigger bed. I don't know where they are going to fit.
